A house favorite. Slow roasted rib-eye. Served with steaming hot au jus.

A jumbo lake Walleye fillet broiled golden brown splashed with lemon juice, and seasoned delicately with fresh thyme and basil.

Two char-grilled chicken breasts marinated in a key lime fajita marinade. Topped with cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, fresh tomato, avocado and chives. Served over a bed of rice and with fresh pico de gallo on the side.
